Information about the Maltese Feasts

It is the greatest tradition in our country to be celebrated festivals in every towns and villages in Malta and Gozo. The feasts should be linked strongly to our beliefs where religion stands us Maltese. The feasts divided into two parts those of the External and Internal feast to be celebrated on inside.

The External Party is the part more popular and more people make for it because they involve more noise, 'Briju' colors etc colors. The Feasts are divided into three categories which are Fireworks, Decorations and Marches Streets. Are these three ingredients that make a feast and are all important and need to have a life and a great feast.

The art in feasts is something which involves very strong characteristics which designs, phasing, paintings, sewing on fabric, statues, marbling, wood, work of sculpture in wood or fiber etc. Many of the streets of the neighborhood as well as around the church, which must be specially decorated with a type related to the concept of that feast. Without doubt for anyone who is amateur of art can appreciates for all the workers do all the work inside warehouses making entire volunteer.

The Fireworks is a traditional thing in our country as well as around the world. Without doubt our country is one of the most country that is known for fireworks. In the summer our country could follow from a number of shows to be uploaded on to a fire organizations dispersed across the entire country. From May to September each weekend there is always about five shows of fireworks around Malta and Gozo.  Every Saturday there is always the traditional fireworks of Giggifodu where greatest feature the Maltese feast and are great tourist. The eve feast makes a muzical consent on the decs, In Sunday mornings make service of the biggest traditional part where a number of supporters, workers etc join together and rejoice together until in evening makes the last service where to accompanying the processing.

General Information about the traditions of the Good Friday

The Good Friday and irxoxt Malta can say that is one of the most important time for the Catholic church because celebrating the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Naturally the most important part of these times are the processions of the Good Friday where ammount of people attending them. They become ​​several localities around Malta and Gozo. Naturally each procession is accompanied by a number of people wearing different to be related to this event. accompanied them also some musical society where ringing a number of funeral marches. The most important thing these processions are the statues of the week where all the great procession there around 8 statues. These statues represent the number of scenes to be related to this event. They showcased at church before until time between Saturday and Sunday where of the statues be posted back in the niches because Sunday be celebrated Risen Day.

Other Something recently has been developed with this period are the peagents taking place by many organizations where each year a number of players are doing a number of playes to commemorate this event. After the time of sorrow. Sunday is the day to celebrating the 'Irxoxt' which represented the resurrection of Jesus Christ after death. Musical societies also accompany this occasion where ringing a number of marches for the occasion. General Infomration about my talent and my work in the field of the Feasts.

I'm a person where can I say lover of the Maltese feasts and when I was a younger I begin to take interest in this section. Up to from when I started use a paper and a pencil in first time. But the time started passes and when more time passes, I started to discover my talent in more detail. When I started painted many designs to another unless when reaches certain quality has entered the

first order on set a small pavilions for Siggiewi. Although I had no many work for this order but in a short time, I had teach more things because did not have a long time to work. In first week of this work started to prepare the design on a paper and then when the designs is finished, I'm draw the same design to the original scale on a cardboard. When all the first part of this order is ready, I started to prepare drawing the design from the cardboard to the fabric. After all the work was ready. In June of 2012 my first work were out for

feast of St. Nicholas in Siggiewi. In the same year I had another work for Hamrun and after the year 2012 I had another works for and Zabbar. Obviously now will not stop here and will continue build on that work. I future other orders for Zebbug, Kirkop and Senglea.



My Process how I work in my talent.

First of all you mustreach agreement with the customer how they want the product.

After the agreement was conclusive, what i'm thinking to drawing on a paper in a small scale.

After the original design be ready, I'm do the design to the original scale onto the cardboard.

Therefore must be purchased the fabric and fringe.

After the design was cut from the cardboard, This must be placed on the fabric where I draw the design from the cardboard to the fabric.

After the drawing on the fabric is finished, the fabric join together and the process of sewing is started here.

After the sewing be ready, the excess fabric must be removed.

General Information about the Maltese Religion Traditional

Tradition and culture our country has many years ago of history. We can mention among others the processions of the Good Friday where many people attend them in many different parishes as well as Malta to Gozo. The Procession of the 'Irxoxt' is also a great one where many people attend and celebrate after the time of Good Friday. This tradition becomes parishes dispersed with Malta and Gozo as well. Among one of the biggest traditional in our country is the Maltese Feast where have celebrated during the summer. Among one of the greatest tradition in our country is the Maltese Feasts to be celebrated during the

summer. The Feasts are still popular today with many people both Malta and Gozo. Every church is parish and churches and chapels are not parishes celebrate their the feast. Other traditions remaining in the country are the carnival every year be celebrated in Valletta and even certain other places to make some kind of activity, The Sports Maltese here for much interest to many people to love him as well as some kind of other traditions.
